Annealing process by impinging jet of Al coils was simulated through FLLUENT in this paper,to obtain the temperature and flow field of the furnace by coupling, and influence of Al coils specification over their section heat transfer efficiency was also studied. Further more, relationships between temperature variation of different regions (such as core and ends of the coils) with weight and width were obtained.
