Introduction of Food Quality and Safety Specialty%course setting and implementation%investigation
以北京城市学院2014级食品质量与安全专业学生为样本,进行两次关于《食品质量与安全专业导论》课程设置及实施情况的调查,包括学生基本情况、课程期望、课程收获三个方面。结果显示本课程的教学内容和教学形式与学生的课程期望吻合,学生学有所获。针对本次调查集中反应出的问题,建议继续优化教学内容的课时比例,继续探索灵活的教学形式,将有利于进一步提高教学效果。

이북경성시학원2014급식품질량여안전전업학생위양본,진행량차관우《식품질량여안전전업도론》과정설치급실시정황적조사,포괄학생기본정황、과정기망、과정수획삼개방면。결과현시본과정적교학내용화교학형식여학생적과정기망문합,학생학유소획。침대본차조사집중반응출적문제,건의계속우화교학내용적과시비례,계속탐색령활적교학형식,장유리우진일보제고교학효과。
Taking students of Grade 2014 from BCU majoring in food quality and safety as a sample,the course investigations of introduction of food quality and safety were conducted twice,including students’ basic situation,expectations and harvest from the course.Results show that the course content and form consistent with the students ’ course expectation, they can learn something. In the view of these investigations,the suggestions are continuing to optimize the course content and explore flexible instructional mode,and it will be conducive to further enhance the teaching effectiveness.
