风温对高炉冶炼起着极其重要的作用。首先,高炉冶炼所消耗热量的20%~30%是热风带来的;其次,在单位生铁的热收入不变的情况下,提高风温带入的热量代替了部分风口前焦炭燃烧放出的热量,可使风口前燃烧碳量减少,大幅度降低焦比。本文通过对热风炉进行理论系统分析,找到影响高炉风温使用水平的真正原因,并针对3#高炉热风炉及风温使用现状,做出一系列提高风温的改善对策。通过改善,3#高炉风温水平有了显著的提高,为提高煤比,降低焦比提供了有力条件,从而大大节约了成本。

Air temperature plays a very important role in the blast furnace smelting .First of all, 20%~30%of the amount of calories consumed by the blast furnace smelting is brought about by the hot air ;Second, in the unit under the condition of invariable heat of cast iron , improving temperate wind into heat can substitute part of the heat released by the coke com -bustion of the tuyere front which can reduce carbon consumption by the tuyere front , reduce coke ratio sharply .Through a theoretical analysis on the system of hot blast stove , the impact of the real reason blast furnace air temperature levels of use and the use of 3#according to the present situation of hot blast stove and air temperature were found , and a series of meas-ures wind temperature improvement were implemented .Through the improvement , the 3#blast furnace air temperature lev-els have been significantly improved , in order to improve the ratio of coal , reducing coke has provided the powerful condi-tion, thus saving cost .
