Through the investigation and statistical data,it's found that the forest resources is rich in Chizhou area. Combining with the SWOT analysis method, advantage and disadvantage of development of forest tourism in Chizhou City were analyzed, the possibility and countermeasures of establishing the forest park for developing the forest tourism in Chizhou City were concluded, so as to provide reference for making Chizhou City become green window in Anhui Province.
