针对唐钢热轧部150 t转炉的倾动减速机漏油问题，选取了3处典型漏油部位，分析了漏油原因，并分别提出了改变定距环与高速轴配合公差、改变油封装配顺序、增加回油旁路和采用迷宫油封4项措施，使倾动减速机漏油问题得到了较为有效的综合治理，为转炉生产顺行提供了保证。
針對唐鋼熱軋部150 t轉爐的傾動減速機漏油問題，選取瞭3處典型漏油部位，分析瞭漏油原因，併分彆提齣瞭改變定距環與高速軸配閤公差、改變油封裝配順序、增加迴油徬路和採用迷宮油封4項措施，使傾動減速機漏油問題得到瞭較為有效的綜閤治理，為轉爐生產順行提供瞭保證。

In this paper ,in view of the problem of oil leakage from tilting reducer of 150t converters in hot rolling depart-ment of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company , we choose 3 typical part of oil leakage , analyse whose causes , and present 4 methods, including changing the fit tolerance between spacing collar and high speed shaft ,changing assemble sequence of oil seal, adding oil return pipe and adopting labyrinth seal , which effectively solve the problems mentioned and guarantee the normal production order of converter .
