按照农业部783号公告-1-2006采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定大菱鲆中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量进行不确定度评定,建立数学模型,对测量结果的不确定度来源如工作曲线拟合、样品重复性测定、标准溶液配制、样品称量及样品溶液定容等进行分析评定及量化.按照数学模型计算得大菱鲆中AOZ、SEM、AHD和AMOZ的残留量分别为4.17、4.48、4.25、4.45 μg/kg时,扩展不确定度分别为0.24、0.23、0.24、0.23 μg/kg(k=2).

According to Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin 783 - 1 -2006, an uncertainty evaluation was established for evaluating the determination results of nitrofuran metabolites in turbot by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.According to the mathematical model , the uncertainty components were analyzed,quantified and composed,which included standard curve fitting,repeat measurement of samples,the preparation of standard solution , the weight of samples , the constant volume of samples.By the results , the residues of AOZ , SEM , AHD and AMOZ in turbot were 4.17μg/kg,4.48μg/kg,4.25μg/kg,4.45μg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty were 0.24μg/kg,0.23μg/kg,0.24μg/kg,0.23μg/kg(k=2), respectively.
