以中外合作办学的探索与实践经验为基础,论述如何以国际化带动医药类专业的现代化。通过引进发达国家优质标准与课程,构建“一同三分四择”的人才培养模式,解决医药行业国际化发展对技能型人才的需求;通过创新师资培养模式,打造国际化教学团队,培养具有国际职教理念和教育方法的师资队伍;通过优化管理模式,建立中外双方双向评价机制,使中外合作办学项目运作高效并持续发展;依据职业能力标准,开发学生学业评价体系,解决教学内容与教学目标相脱节的问题,确保教学目标有效达成;搭建国际化交流合作平台,辐射中外合作办学成果,推动医药职业院校发展。

This essay discusses how to modernize pharmaceutical majors through internationalization based on the over ten years’ exploration and practicing of the joint Programs. By introducing and analyzing good standards and curriculum from some developed countries,we design a flexible cultivation mode to meet the technical employee requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and meet the needs of the students’ future development. In this mode,the students have the same common courses in the first year and choose their majors in the third semester and then choose their future development (to go to work or go to college)in the fourth semester. We have innovated a teacher training approach to foster an international teaching team with international vocational ides and teaching methods. In order to achieve the educational aims effective-ly,we have improved the administration of two-way evaluation system from both Chinese and foreign sides to connect the teaching content closely to the teaching goals. We also have created a platform for interna-tional exchange and cooperation to promote the development of pharmaceutical and medical schools and colleges by sharing our experience.
