目的探讨抑郁症患者抗抑郁剂治疗与白细胞减少的关系。方法病例组为符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准（第3版）》（CCMD-3）的抑郁症患者，入组后分别予艾司西酞普兰、帕罗西汀、米氮平、舍曲林单药治疗4周，采用血细胞分析仪分别测定正常对照组及病例组治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周的白细胞及中性粒细胞计数。结果对照组与病例组治疗前白细胞、中性粒细胞计数差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）；艾司西酞普兰组治疗前与治疗4周中性粒细胞计数分别为（3.75±1.30）*109/L、（3.34±1.12）*109/L，差异有统计学意义（ t=2.16，P=0.03）；其余病例组治疗前后白细胞、中性粒细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论艾司西酞普兰可能在一定程度上降低抑郁症患者中性粒细胞数量。
목적탐토억욱증환자항억욱제치료여백세포감소적관계。방법병례조위부합《중국정신장애분류여진단표준（제3판）》（CCMD-3）적억욱증환자，입조후분별여애사서태보란、파라서정、미담평、사곡림단약치료4주，채용혈세포분석의분별측정정상대조조급병례조치료전、치료2주、치료4주적백세포급중성립세포계수。결과대조조여병례조치료전백세포、중성립세포계수차이무통계학의의（ P﹥0.05）；애사서태보란조치료전여치료4주중성립세포계수분별위（3.75±1.30）*109/L、（3.34±1.12）*109/L，차이유통계학의의（ t=2.16，P=0.03）；기여병례조치료전후백세포、중성립세포계수비교차이무통계학의의（ P﹥0.05）。결론애사서태보란가능재일정정도상강저억욱증환자중성립세포수량。
Objective To investigate the correlation ketween antidepressants and leucopenia in the patients with major depressive disorder. Methods All patients met the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disease,third edition(CCMD-3)for depression. Antidepressant treatment ky escitalopram,paroxetine,mirtazapine and sertraline respectively was received according to normal clinical practice for 4 weeds. The leudocyte and neutrophil numkers were measured in normal controls and the patients with ma=jor depressive disorder kefore antidepressant treatment,2 and 4 weeds after treatment. Results The leudocyte and neutrophil numkers were not significantly different ketween the patients with depression and the control group(P﹥0. 05). The neutrophil numker in es=citalopram group was(3. 75 ± 1. 30)*109/L kefore treatment,which was significantly decreased to(3. 34 ± 1. 12)*109/L after 4 weeds treatment(t=2. 16,P=0. 03). There were no significant difference of the leudocyte and neutrophil numkers kefore and after 4 weeds treatment with paroxetine,mirtazapine and sertraline. Conclusion Escitalopram might decrease the neutrophil numker in the patients with major depressive disorder.
