目的:探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合生物电刺激治疗中重度癌痛的效果及医疗费用。方法纳入的100例中重度晚期癌痛病患随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,治疗组在此用药基础上增加人体穴位生物电刺激治疗。结果治疗组与对照组疼痛缓解程度有差异;治疗组恶心呕吐及便秘不良反应例数均少于对照组,其余不良反应2组间无差异。治疗组生物电费用为(97.9±65.3)元,其余费用治疗组医疗均少于观察组,具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合生物电刺激治疗中重度癌痛能明显提高止痛效果,且可降低不良反应发生率及治疗费用。

목적:탐토염산간고동완석편연합생물전자격치료중중도암통적효과급의료비용。방법납입적100례중중도만기암통병환수궤분위대조조급치료조。대조조급여염산간고동완석편치료,치료조재차용약기출상증가인체혈위생물전자격치료。결과치료조여대조조동통완해정도유차이;치료조악심구토급편비불량반응례수균소우대조조,기여불량반응2조간무차이。치료조생물전비용위(97.9±65.3)원,기여비용치료조의료균소우관찰조,구유통계학의의,P <0.05。결론염산간고동완석편연합생물전자격치료중중도암통능명현제고지통효과,차가강저불량반응발생솔급치료비용。
Objective To investigate curative effect and costs of oxycontin combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain .Methods 100 cases of moderate or severe pain patients were randomly divided into the control group,received oxycodone hydrochloride controlled -release tablet treatment;the observation group received oral oxycodone hydrochloride controlled -release tablet treatment and human body acupuncture point electrical stimulation treat -ment.Results There had differences in the degree of pain relief ;Nausea and vomiting,and constipation adverse reaction in the treatment group were less than that of the control group ,the rest of the adverse reactions had no difference between the the 2 groups.The rest of the cost in the treatment group were less than that of the observation group ,the results were statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled -release tablet and electrical stimulation treatment can signifi -cantly improve the effect of analgesia in patients with pain ,and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment costs .
