目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗联合替莫唑胺(TMZ)在脑胶质瘤治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法48例脑胶质细胞瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行三维适形放疗联合 TMZ 治疗,而对照组只进行三维适形放疗。对2组的疗效、生存率和不良反应进行比较。结果观察组近期疗效有效率为54.2%,高于对照组33.3%,但差异无统计学意义,P >0.05。观察组1年生存率为87.5%,显著高于对照组45.8%;2年生存率为58.3%,显著高于对照组25.0%。2组1、2年生存率比较,差异均有统计学意义,P <0.05。2组患者的不良反应发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义,P >0.05。结论三维适形放射治疗联合 TMZ 治疗术后脑胶质瘤患者安全、有效,疗效优于单纯放疗,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with temozo -lomide(TMZ) for brain glioma.Methods 48 patients with malignant brain glioma were randomly and averagely divided into theobservation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combinedwith TMZ,and the control group received 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone .The efficacy,survival rates and incidence ofadverse reactions of the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results The short-term curative effect of the observation groupwas 54.2%,which was higher than that of the control group 33.3%,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the observation group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup 45.8%.The 2-year survival rate of the observation group was 58.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup 25.0%.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The rate of adverse events betweenthe 2 groups had no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with TMZfor brain glioma is safe and effective,and the curative effect is better than radiotherapy alone ,it is worthy of further promotion inclinical.
