为了消除传统的复合绝缘子憎水性检测中经济性和可靠性的不足,文章研究了一种基于数字图像处理的新型复合绝缘子憎水性测试系统。依据该系统的原理,得出了该系统的总体结构,分为实验室实验部分和手持测试部分。依据每个部分的要求不同,设计了不同的图像采集系统、喷水系统和控制板,使得其满足实验室部分精确度高,而手持测试部分在保证数据精确的同时保证了操作的便捷性。并对系统的软件部分进行了设计,主要是水珠图片处理、水珠图片分割技术。最后将该系统在实际中进行测试,同传统的检测方法相比,该检测方法在保证准确性的同时,提高了操作效率,且无需停电,保证了运用该系统的经济性。

In order to reduce the shortage of economy and reliability in traditional composite insulator hydrophobicity testing, this paper researches a novel testing system based on digital image processing . According to the principle of the system , the overall structure of the system is got .The system is divided into experimental part and handheld testing part .On the basis of the different requirements of the two parts, the different image acquisition system , sprinkler system and control board are designed , to meet the requirement of high accuracy in experimental part , and also to ensure a balance on accuracy and con-venience in handheld testing part .The software part in the system mainly drops image processing and drops image segmentation technology is designed .Lastly, the system is tested in practice .The results show that the system not only guarantees the testing accuracy but also improves the working efficiency compared with the traditional detection methods , and without power outage to ensure the economic .
