目的：分析经导管化疗栓塞（TACE）联合经皮微波消融（MWA）治疗中晚期原发性肝癌（HCC）的临床疗效。方法选取86例中晚期原发性肝癌患者，采用随机数字表的方法分为联合组（TACE ＋MWA）与对照组（单纯 TA－CE），随访1～3年，对比两组疗效、长期生存率和治疗相关并发症情况。结果与对照组相比，联合组疗效明显提升、不良反应发生率显著下降、生存期延长（P ＜0．05）；无出血、肿瘤破裂及肝功能衰竭等严重并发症发生。结论TACE 联合MWA 治疗中晚期原发性肝癌，较单独应用 TACE 可以更好地控制肝内病变，降低患者的病死率，延长生存期，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：분석경도관화료전새（TACE）연합경피미파소융（MWA）치료중만기원발성간암（HCC）적림상료효。방법선취86례중만기원발성간암환자，채용수궤수자표적방법분위연합조（TACE ＋MWA）여대조조（단순 TA－CE），수방1～3년，대비량조료효、장기생존솔화치료상관병발증정황。결과여대조조상비，연합조료효명현제승、불량반응발생솔현저하강、생존기연장（P ＜0．05）；무출혈、종류파렬급간공능쇠갈등엄중병발증발생。결론TACE 연합MWA 치료중만기원발성간암，교단독응용 TACE 가이경호지공제간내병변，강저환자적병사솔，연장생존기，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation (MWA) for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods 86 cases of patients with HCC were divided into the combination group (TACE +MWA) and the control group (TACE) using random number table.1-3 year follow-up were conducted,efficacy,long-term survival rates and complications of the 2 groups were compared.Results Compared to the control group,the curative effect of the combination group significantly increased ,complication occurrence rate decreased , and survival time prolonged (P <0.05).There had no bleeding,tumor fracture,and liver function failure.Conclusion Com-pared with TACE,combination of TACE and MWA for HCC can better control lesion of liver ,decrease death rate,prolong survival time and improve quality of life.
