结合GIS隔离开关气室的实际结构与电弧的特点,建立电阻和电感元件串联等效燃弧电路模型,利用贝杰龙数值计算方法建立动态等值电路,计算出GIS中各主要元件处的快速暂态过电压( VFTO),得出断路器开断端的支撑绝缘子处VF-TO波形的幅值为最高值。提取出该处VFTO波形的频率分量和对应的电压信息,分析认为VFTO可能导致断路器开断端支撑绝缘子发生放电和热击穿现象。
結閤GIS隔離開關氣室的實際結構與電弧的特點,建立電阻和電感元件串聯等效燃弧電路模型,利用貝傑龍數值計算方法建立動態等值電路,計算齣GIS中各主要元件處的快速暫態過電壓( VFTO),得齣斷路器開斷耑的支撐絕緣子處VF-TO波形的幅值為最高值。提取齣該處VFTO波形的頻率分量和對應的電壓信息,分析認為VFTO可能導緻斷路器開斷耑支撐絕緣子髮生放電和熱擊穿現象。

Combining with the actual structure of the isolating switch gas chamber in GIS and feature of arcing,the resistance and inductance component series equivalent arcing circuit model established,and the transient equivalent circuit by Bergeron numerical cal-culation method is used. The VFTO waveform of the main elements in GIS is calculated,resulting in the conclusion that the amplitude of the VFTO of the circuit breaker terminal support insulator is the highest,and the frequency components and voltage information of the VFTO are extracted. After analysis it can be concluded that the VFTO may cause the circuit breaker terminal support insulator dis-charge and thermal breakdown.
