简要介绍了 TRIZ 理论体系及其解决问题的基本思路,在此基础上运用 CAI 辅助创新工具解决转炉出钢中后期出现的涡流卷渣问题。通过系统功能模型分析以及因果分析确定从改进出钢口的结构形式和尺寸入手,运用 TRIZ 理论体系中知识效应库和创新原理工具对出钢口进行改进设计,并通过数值模拟验证,改进后的出钢口达到了抑制涡流形成的目的。

This paper introduce the contents of TRIZ theory and the basic problem-solving processes and methods of TRIZ.On this basis,solved the eddy slag problem in the late converter tapping by using the CAI soft-wave.Firstly,it is determined to improve the structure and size of the converter tapping hole according to the system function analysis and cause-effect analysis.Secondly,apply the scientific effects and the inventive principles of TRIZ theory to improve the design for tapping hole.Finally,through numerical simulation prove the improve tapping hole, achieve the purpose of inhibiting the eddy flow.
