针对强度计算时采用不同面积进行了分析,结果表明公称面积和实测面积的差值在1%以内,采用公称面积计算强度,不影响合格率。同一个批次内,用公称面积计算代表了试样的平均性能结果,变化范围更小,减少了由于面积测量引入的差异。采用公称面积有利于加严负偏差控制。
針對彊度計算時採用不同麵積進行瞭分析,結果錶明公稱麵積和實測麵積的差值在1%以內,採用公稱麵積計算彊度,不影響閤格率。同一箇批次內,用公稱麵積計算代錶瞭試樣的平均性能結果,變化範圍更小,減少瞭由于麵積測量引入的差異。採用公稱麵積有利于加嚴負偏差控製。
