结合济钢中厚板厂炼钢工序的实际生产工艺过程，对连铸板坯主要形状缺陷（鼓肚、凹陷）的产生原因进行了研究分析，并针对每种形状缺陷提出了相应的预防控制措施，实施后取得了良好效果。
結閤濟鋼中厚闆廠煉鋼工序的實際生產工藝過程，對連鑄闆坯主要形狀缺陷（鼓肚、凹陷）的產生原因進行瞭研究分析，併針對每種形狀缺陷提齣瞭相應的預防控製措施，實施後取得瞭良好效果。
결합제강중후판엄련강공서적실제생산공예과정，대련주판배주요형상결함（고두、요함）적산생원인진행료연구분석，병침대매충형상결함제출료상응적예방공제조시，실시후취득료량호효과。
Combined with the actual production of the steelmaking process of the medium plate plant of Jinan Steel , re-search and analysis were carried out on the causes of the main shape defects , such as bulging,concave, on the continuous casting slab, and put forwarded the corresponding prevention and control measures for each shape defect , good result has been achieved after implementation .
