通过分析影响莱钢板坯连铸中间包控流装置使用寿命的主要问题,开发与应用了以中间包冶金为核心的控流装置长寿技术,实践表明,应用该技术后,中间包使用寿命达20~28 h,铸坯中≤20μm的细小夹杂物平均降低51.4%,>20μm的大型夹杂物基本去除,实现了中间包冶金洁净化、耐材长寿化和生产低成本化。

By analyzing the main problems affecting the service life of slab continuous casting tundish flow control devices in Laiwu Steel , flow control devices longevity technology with intermediate package metallurgical as the core were developed and applied.Practice shows that after the application of the technology , the service life of the tundish reach up to 20~28h, the average numbers of small inclusions sizes less than 20μm reduced by 51.4%, large inclusions sizes larger than 20μm are substantially removed , realizing cleanliness of the tundish metallurgy , refractory longevity and low cost of production .
