针对精梳机高速后钳板摆动机构产生较大振动的问题,运用Solidworks三维建模技术找出了构件的质心及其特征参数值,利用Matlab程序算出了机构在一个运动周期内的惯性力幅值曲线,运用最优化方法对钳板摆动机构进行了部分平衡优化.结果显示,当装在钳板摆轴上的配重质径积为262.2 kg·mm时,减振效果最好.将优化后的配重进行实际加工,在HC500精梳机上验证了结论的正确性.

For the problem of larger vibration in nipper swing mechanism when comber is running at high speed,the Solidworks 3D modeling technology is used to find the centroid and its characteristic parameters value,the amplitude curve of inertia force of entire mechanism in one movement cycle is worked out through Matlab programming. Using optimization method,partial balance optimization is carried out to nipper swing mechanism,results show that the anti-vibration effect is best when mass-radius product of counterweight mounted on nipper swing shaft is 262. 2 kg·mm,and then the optimized weight was processed,the correctness of the conclusion was verified by experiment on HC500 comber.
