笔者以1年生丽豆幼苗为试材,研究断根处理对其生长及根系的影响。结果表明,断根处理后丽豆幼苗树高、地径生长量分别比未断根苗增加了14%,71%;断根处理后幼苗根系鲜重与根系干重分别比未断根苗增加了33%和36%,主根长比未断根苗降低了73%;断根处理后在0 cm~30 cm土层中,一级侧根数和须根数分别是未断根苗的2.00倍和1.55倍。因此,通过断根处理,丽豆幼苗侧根、须根显著增多,地径显著增粗,极大地提高了造林成活率,为丽豆种群的保护和开发利用奠定基础。
筆者以1年生麗豆幼苗為試材,研究斷根處理對其生長及根繫的影響。結果錶明,斷根處理後麗豆幼苗樹高、地徑生長量分彆比未斷根苗增加瞭14%,71%;斷根處理後幼苗根繫鮮重與根繫榦重分彆比未斷根苗增加瞭33%和36%,主根長比未斷根苗降低瞭73%;斷根處理後在0 cm~30 cm土層中,一級側根數和鬚根數分彆是未斷根苗的2.00倍和1.55倍。因此,通過斷根處理,麗豆幼苗側根、鬚根顯著增多,地徑顯著增粗,極大地提高瞭造林成活率,為麗豆種群的保護和開髮利用奠定基礎。
필자이1년생려두유묘위시재,연구단근처리대기생장급근계적영향。결과표명,단근처리후려두유묘수고、지경생장량분별비미단근묘증가료14%,71%;단근처리후유묘근계선중여근계간중분별비미단근묘증가료33%화36%,주근장비미단근묘강저료73%;단근처리후재0 cm~30 cm토층중,일급측근수화수근수분별시미단근묘적2.00배화1.55배。인차,통과단근처리,려두유묘측근、수근현저증다,지경현저증조,겁대지제고료조림성활솔,위려두충군적보호화개발이용전정기출。
Taking 1 year old Calophaca sinica as material, influence of root cutting on growth and root of Calophace sinica was studied.Results showed that after the root cutting treatment on Calophaca sinica, seedling tree height and ground diameter growth increased by 14%and 71%compared to no root cutting seedlings;seedling root fresh weight and root dry weight , respectively compared to no root cutting seedlings increased by 33%and 36%;compared to no root cutting seedling main root length de-creased 73%;in 0 cm~30 cm soil, first lateral roots amount and fibril amount were 2.00 and 1.55 times compared to no root cutting.Therefore, after root cutting, Calophaca sinica lateral roots and fibril amounts significantly increased thicker diameter , so it could greatly improve the survival rate of afforestation to make basis for protect and application of Calophaca sinica.
