目的：探讨儿童未成熟畸胎瘤的临床及诊治特点。方法对我院2011年11月~2014年10月收治的25例小儿未成熟畸胎瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果25例未成熟畸胎瘤患儿均经手术治疗，除1例肝脏转移外，其余均未复发及死亡。结论小儿性腺内未成熟畸胎瘤起病隐匿，性腺外常症状明显，两者均应全面诊断、综合治疗，并做好远期随访监测，性腺外未成熟畸胎瘤应注重周围淋巴结清扫。
목적：탐토인동미성숙기태류적림상급진치특점。방법대아원2011년11월~2014년10월수치적25례소인미성숙기태류림상자료진행회고성분석。결과25례미성숙기태류환인균경수술치료，제1례간장전이외，기여균미복발급사망。결론소인성선내미성숙기태류기병은닉，성선외상증상명현，량자균응전면진단、종합치료，병주호원기수방감측，성선외미성숙기태류응주중주위림파결청소。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnose treatment experiences of pediatric immature teratoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was done for clinical data of 25 pediatric immature teratoma cases cared at our hospital November 201 1~October 2014. Results All 25 pediatric immature tera-toma cases underwent surgery.Except 1 case of liver metastasis,the rest survived without recurrence and death. Conclusion Extragonadal pediatric immature teratoma always presents obvious symptoms while in-tragonadal ones could show occult-onset.Both of them should be comprehensive diagnosed and treated as well as long-term follow-up monitoring.More attention should be paid to the peripheral lymph node dissection of extragonadal immature teratoma.
