以4-氯邻苯二甲酸酐、多氯代苯、复合催化剂为原料,合成了聚酰亚胺单体。乙腈重结晶后水解、001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂和D113阳离子交换树脂除去金属离子及乙酸酐脱水得电子级聚酰亚胺树脂单体。用气相色谱法检测了产品的纯度,以红外、核磁等确定了产品的纯度,以原子吸收法检测了金属离子的含量。
以4-氯鄰苯二甲痠酐、多氯代苯、複閤催化劑為原料,閤成瞭聚酰亞胺單體。乙腈重結晶後水解、001×7彊痠性暘離子交換樹脂和D113暘離子交換樹脂除去金屬離子及乙痠酐脫水得電子級聚酰亞胺樹脂單體。用氣相色譜法檢測瞭產品的純度,以紅外、覈磁等確定瞭產品的純度,以原子吸收法檢測瞭金屬離子的含量。

The monomer of polyimide, was synthesized by using normal reagents, 4-chlorophthalic an-hydride,phenyl poly-chloride, composite catalyst etc. After recrystallization from acetonitrile hydrolysis, 001 × 7 strongly acidic cation exchange resins and D113 cation exchange resins removed metal ions,dehy-dration reaction with acetic anhydride,get electronic grade the monomer of polyimide. FTIR and 1 H NMR were used to determine the product. It adopts flame atom absorb to determine trace metal ions in the mon-omer of polyimide.
