条斑紫菜经洗涤、研磨获得藻粉,浸泡、蒸煮、干燥获得藻泥。结果显示,藻泥在30 min 后的保湿率为90.47%,低于藻粉;在43%和65%湿度下吸湿率为0.89%和1.61%,低于藻粉和甘油。藻泥面膜体外保湿率为34.02%,低于藻粉面膜和绿茶面膜;但皮肤保湿效果却远高于后两者,接近阳性对照面膜水平。更具有面膜应用前景。

조반자채경세조、연마획득조분,침포、증자、간조획득조니。결과현시,조니재30 min 후적보습솔위90.47%,저우조분;재43%화65%습도하흡습솔위0.89%화1.61%,저우조분화감유。조니면막체외보습솔위34.02%,저우조분면막화록다면막;단피부보습효과각원고우후량자,접근양성대조면막수평。경구유면막응용전경。
Algae powder was produced by washing and grinding while algae mud was by soaking,boiling and drying of P. yezoensis. Result indicated that after 30 min,the moisture rate of algae mud (90. 47%) was lower than algae powder,and the rate of moisture absorption,with 0. 89% and 1. 61% at relative hu-midity of 43% and 65%,was also lower than algae powder and glycerinum. It was further found that the algae mud mask,with moisture rate of 34. 02% in vitro,which was lower than algae powder mask and green tea mask,have better effect on skin moisturizing,which was closed to positive control mask. The re-sult implied the potential of algae mud from P. yezoensis as mask ingredients.
