以冬油菜品种陇油7号为试验材料,在大田条件下,采用“3414”配方施肥设计,研究不同氮、磷、钾配比对陇油7号抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,钾肥对冬油菜各种酶活性的影响明显,并且在施N、P2O5、K2O量分别为270.0、225.0、337.5 kg/hm2时, APX、POD、CAT及SOD活性最高,分别比CK增加了97.4%、47.2%、41.9%和52.0%。而氮肥、磷肥对冬油菜各种酶活性的影响不明显。
以鼕油菜品種隴油7號為試驗材料,在大田條件下,採用“3414”配方施肥設計,研究不同氮、燐、鉀配比對隴油7號抗壞血痠過氧化物酶(APX)、過氧化物酶(POD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影響。結果錶明,鉀肥對鼕油菜各種酶活性的影響明顯,併且在施N、P2O5、K2O量分彆為270.0、225.0、337.5 kg/hm2時, APX、POD、CAT及SOD活性最高,分彆比CK增加瞭97.4%、47.2%、41.9%和52.0%。而氮肥、燐肥對鼕油菜各種酶活性的影響不明顯。
이동유채품충롱유7호위시험재료,재대전조건하,채용“3414”배방시비설계,연구불동담、린、갑배비대롱유7호항배혈산과양화물매(APX)、과양화물매(POD)、과양화경매(CAT)급초양화물기화매(SOD)활성적영향。결과표명,갑비대동유채각충매활성적영향명현,병차재시N、P2O5、K2O량분별위270.0、225.0、337.5 kg/hm2시, APX、POD、CAT급SOD활성최고,분별비CK증가료97.4%、47.2%、41.9%화52.0%。이담비、린비대동유채각충매활성적영향불명현。
In winter rape of longyou 7th for the test material,under field conditions,press“3414”combined application of different ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,determining ascorbic acid enzyme(APX),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities,studying the influence of the different proportion of NPK fertilizers to rape winter enzyme activity. The result shows that the influence of the nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers on the activity of APX,POD,CAT and SOD are not significant,but the effects of potash rape on enzymatic activities are significant,and in N2P2K3 processing,namely N、P、K are 270.0、225.0、337.5 kg/hm2,which is 97.4%、47.2%、41.9%、52 .0% higher than that CK,nitrogen,phosphatic are not significant on the antioxidant enzymes activities of winter repeseed.
