目的：探讨前庭自旋转试验（ VAT）对以眩晕为症状的小脑梗死患者前庭功能评判的价值。方法比较21例小脑梗死患者康复治疗前后VAT结果变化。结果21例VAT中水平增益增高11例；水平增益增高合并水平增益降低10例。康复治疗后，患者眩晕、平衡障碍、VAT增益完全改善12例；眩晕、平衡障碍、VAT增益明显改善9例。结论 VAT不仅可以提示小脑梗死患者前庭系统损害的部位及程度，而且为小脑梗死的康复治疗方案的选择和疗效评判提供了客观依据。
목적：탐토전정자선전시험（ VAT）대이현훈위증상적소뇌경사환자전정공능평판적개치。방법비교21례소뇌경사환자강복치료전후VAT결과변화。결과21례VAT중수평증익증고11례；수평증익증고합병수평증익강저10례。강복치료후，환자현훈、평형장애、VAT증익완전개선12례；현훈、평형장애、VAT증익명현개선9례。결론 VAT불부가이제시소뇌경사환자전정계통손해적부위급정도，이차위소뇌경사적강복치료방안적선택화료효평판제공료객관의거。
Objective To explore the evaluation value of vestibular function test ( VAT) in patients with vertigo symptom of cerebellar infarction .Methods The VAT results of 21 patients with cerebellar infarction were compared before and after rehabilitation treatments .Results Of 21 patients with the test of VAT , horizontal gains were increased in 11 patients, horizontal gains were increased and decreased in 10 patients.After rehabilitation treatments, 12 patients had conpletely improvment in terms of vertigo , balance disorder and VAT , 9 cases had significantly improvement .Conclusion VAT can detect the location and degree of vestibular damage in patients with cerebellar infarction,and also provide an objective assessment in selecting types for rehabilitation treatment and efficacy evaluation in patients with cerebellar infarction .
