在高职毕业生高就业率的背景下，关注高职毕业生的就业质量是高职院校毕业生就业工作努力的方向。通过对高职毕业生就业质量状况以及存在的问题分析，找出问题产生的原因，提出进一步提升高职毕业生就业质量的对策，从而促进高职毕业生顺利就业，促进高职教育可持续发展。

In the background of higher vocational graduates’ high employment rate, it is the direction of the hard work for the higher vocational graduates to pay attention to the employment quality. The paper was analyzed the graduates employment quality status and existing problems, then found out the reasons, and putted forward countermeasures to further enhance the employment quality of vocational graduates, so as to promote the employment of higher vocational graduates and the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
