采用水扩散蒸汽蒸馏法提取八角茴香油,考察提取时间、原料粒径以及蒸汽量对得油率的影响。结果表明,八角茴香油提取最佳工艺条件为:提取时间3 h,粒径0.32 cm,蒸汽量3500 mL。在此条件下,八角茴香油得率7.20%。
採用水擴散蒸汽蒸餾法提取八角茴香油,攷察提取時間、原料粒徑以及蒸汽量對得油率的影響。結果錶明,八角茴香油提取最佳工藝條件為:提取時間3 h,粒徑0.32 cm,蒸汽量3500 mL。在此條件下,八角茴香油得率7.20%。

Hydro-diffusion distillation was used to extract volatile oil. The effect of extraction time,materi-al granularity and steam flow on the yields were investigated. The result showed that the optimum process conditions of volatile oil extract was as follows:extraction time is 3 h,material granularity is 0. 32 cm and steam flow is 3 500 mL. Under this condition,the volatile oil yield was 7. 20%.
