目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者发生糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的危险因素。方法通过眼底检查，将1510例2型糖尿病患者按眼底病变情况随机分为 DR 组与对照组，比较 DR 组与对照组相关因素的差异性，并采用单因素分析发现其独立的危险因素。结果糖尿病病程、糖尿病治疗方式、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、尿白蛋白、冠心病史在两组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论糖尿病病程长、高糖化血红蛋白、高血压、高尿蛋白含量、胰岛素治疗是 DR 发生的危险因素。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병환자발생당뇨병시망막병변(DR)적위험인소。방법통과안저검사，장1510례2형당뇨병환자안안저병변정황수궤분위 DR 조여대조조，비교 DR 조여대조조상관인소적차이성，병채용단인소분석발현기독립적위험인소。결과당뇨병병정、당뇨병치료방식、당화혈홍단백、수축압、뇨백단백、관심병사재량조간적차이구유통계학의의。결론당뇨병병정장、고당화혈홍단백、고혈압、고뇨단백함량、이도소치료시 DR 발생적위험인소。
Objective To review the risk factors for type 2 diabetic patients complicated with diabetic reti-nopathy(DR). Methods By fundus examination,a total of 15 10 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into 2 groups according to whether they were diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy or not. Compared of related parameters differences between DR group and the control group,and to find the independ-ent risk factors by using the single-factor analysis. Results Group-paired comparison yielded statistically significant differences in duration of diabetes,diabetes treatment methods,glycosylated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,urinary albumin,history of coronary heart disease. Conclusion Long duration of diabetes, higher glycolated hemoglobin,hypertension,higher urinary albumin and insulin use were the risk factors for DR attack .
