在本实验中,我们研究了金属硫蛋白( Metallothionein,MT)对环磷酰胺( Cyclophosphamide,CP)诱导的C57小鼠免疫抑制作用的影响。以C57BL/OLA129野生型( MT+/+)小鼠和MTⅠ/Ⅱ基因敲除( MT-/-)小鼠为研究对象,观察染毒不同剂量的环磷酰胺后,C57小鼠各脏器组织的变化。结果发现,给药后,两组小鼠体重均明显下降,脾脏和胸腺的绝对重量和脏器系数减少,MT-/-组脏器系数下降与给药剂量相关；并且MT-/-组微核率和PCE/NCE比值下降均较MT+/+变化明显。由此我们推测MT对CP引起的免疫毒性具有一定的缓解作用,提示MT在改善CP导致的免疫毒性中具有一定的应用价值。

In this study,we chose the C57BL/OLA129 wild-type(MT+ / +)mice and MT/Ⅱknockout ( MT- / -) mice as models to research the effects of metallothionein to the immunosuppression caused by cyclophosphamide. We observed the organs and tissues of C57 mice after the exposure of different doses of CP. In the results,the organ ratio of the two mice decreased,and the decrease of MT-/-mice associated with the dose of CP;furthermore,the micronucleus rate and PCE/NCE ratio of the MT-/-mice decreased more significantly compared with the MT+/+mice. According to our study, we speculated that MT can inhibit the immunotoxicity caused by CP to some extent, which suggesting that MT may have value in improving the immunotoxicity caused by CP.
