目的:探讨眼镜蛇毒对大鼠丘脑腹后外侧核(VPL)c-fos、c-jun 蛋白表达的影响。方法将24只 SD 大鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组和眼镜蛇毒组,每组8只。眼镜蛇毒按0.5μl/kg 注入大鼠左后肢外侧复制蛇伤模型,观察30 min 后处死,采用免疫组织化学方法,检测 VPL 的 c-fos、c-jun 的表达。结果眼镜蛇毒组大鼠 VPL 区 c-fos、c-jun 免疫阳性细胞数量及表达强度与正常对照组和生理盐水组比较均显著增高(P <0.05)。结论眼镜蛇毒组大鼠VPL 区的 c-fos 和 c-jun 表达显著增加,可能参与了眼镜蛇毒神经毒性的病理过程。

목적:탐토안경사독대대서구뇌복후외측핵(VPL)c-fos、c-jun 단백표체적영향。방법장24지 SD 대서수궤분위정상대조조、생리염수조화안경사독조,매조8지。안경사독안0.5μl/kg 주입대서좌후지외측복제사상모형,관찰30 min 후처사,채용면역조직화학방법,검측 VPL 적 c-fos、c-jun 적표체。결과안경사독조대서 VPL 구 c-fos、c-jun 면역양성세포수량급표체강도여정상대조조화생리염수조비교균현저증고(P <0.05)。결론안경사독조대서VPL 구적 c-fos 화 c-jun 표체현저증가,가능삼여료안경사독신경독성적병리과정。
Objective To investigate the effects of Naja (N.atra,Chinese cobra)venom on the expression of c-fos and c-jun protein in ventral posterolateral thalamic nucleus(VPL)of rats. Methods Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into groups of normal control,normal saline and Naja venom (n=8 for each group).Rat poisoning models were developed by injection of the crude venom of cobra at dosage of 0.5 μl/kg via left posterolateral limb,and killed 30 minutes after observation.An immunohistochemistry technique was used to measure the expression of c-fos and c-jun in VPL. Results The number of c-fos and c-jun immuno - positive cells in the VPL of rats intervened with Naja venom group was increased and more intensively expressed as compared with those from the control and normal saline groups(P <0.05). Conclusion The c-fos and c-jun expression were up-regulated in VPL of rats treated with Naja venom, suggesting that these proteins may be involved in the pathological process of neurotoxicity of Najra venom.
