以乙醇为溶剂,利用超声波法提取紫背天葵红色素。探讨了提取剂乙醇的浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对紫背天葵红色素提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:20%乙醇,50℃,浸提80 min,料液比为1∶13(g/mL),此时紫背天葵红色素提取率为10.04%。

The red pigment was extracted from Begonia fimbristipula Hance with ethanol by the ultrasonic method. The ultrasonic extraction ethanol concentration,temperature,time,solid to liquid ratio were stud-ied. The result showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 20%,50 ℃ and 80 min,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶13(g/mL),the extraction rate was 10. 04% under this condition.
