以汽油为萃取剂,采用三相物理萃取法处理含油污泥,考察了溶剂比、萃取温度、搅拌强度及搅拌时间对萃取率的影响。结果表明,5 g含油污泥在萃取温度35℃,加入0.09 g[由Al2(SO4)3和壳聚糖复配]絮凝剂,加入萃取剂体积2倍的采油废水,搅拌强度120 r/min,搅拌时间20 min,汽油加入量为2 mL/g 油泥时,萃取率可达97.3%。

The deoiling treatment of oil sludge used gasoline as the solvent by the triphase extraction meth-od. The experiment analyzed the four treatment conditions:liquid-solid ratio,treatment temperature,stir-ring intensity,treatment time,respectively in order to obtain the optimal extraction ratio. The result shows that when adding 5 g oil sludge and 0. 09 g flocculant consists of same amount chitosan and Al2(SO4)3, adding oilfield wastewater volume is about 2 times to the extraction solvent, the liquid-solid ratio is 2 mL/g,treatment temperature is 35 ℃,mechanical stirring method,stirring intensity is 120 r/min,treat-ment time is 20 min,the final extraction ratio is 97. 3%.
