教育信息化的发展以强大的师资队伍为依托，因此，提升教师信息技术应用能力成为推动我国教育信息化发展的重要环节。通过E市实地调查，笔者发现，薄弱的师资力量是制约当地教育信息化发展的一大障碍，要解决这一障碍，培训是必经之路。当前，对培训目标认识不足，定位不准、观念与方式相脱节、培训周期长、受益面有限及缺乏培训效果考核方法等问题影响着培训的效果。要提高教师信息技术应用能力，需要端正培训理念、明确培训目标，完善培训效果评价机制，推行符合信息技术特点的灵活多变的培训新模式。

The development of information technology education is based on a strong teaching team. So the promotion of Teacher's information technology ability is the key step of promoting information education in China. From our investigation in E city, it is found that the lack of teaching team is one of the main fac-tors of restricting information education's development. Training is the essential way. However, lack of un-derstanding of the training goal and disconnection between concepts and methods and some other problems influence the effectiveness of training. We should find some new methods to promote teacher's ability of in-formation technology.
