为了寻找对向日葵黄萎病有诱导抗性的化学试剂,实验选取了K2HPO4、硅酸钠、苯并噻二唑(BTH)、水杨酸、甲壳素、葡聚糖6种试剂进行了离体抑菌试验以及诱抗剂盆栽筛选试验。离体抑菌试验结果表明,K2HPO4、甲壳素、硅酸钠、葡聚糖处理对黄萎病病菌(大丽轮枝菌)无拮抗作用,水杨酸和苯并噻二唑对向日葵黄萎病菌有较好的抑菌作用;诱抗剂盆栽筛选试验结果表明,硅酸钠浓度为100 mg/L时对向日葵黄萎病具有较好的诱导抗性。
為瞭尋找對嚮日葵黃萎病有誘導抗性的化學試劑,實驗選取瞭K2HPO4、硅痠鈉、苯併噻二唑(BTH)、水楊痠、甲殼素、葡聚糖6種試劑進行瞭離體抑菌試驗以及誘抗劑盆栽篩選試驗。離體抑菌試驗結果錶明,K2HPO4、甲殼素、硅痠鈉、葡聚糖處理對黃萎病病菌(大麗輪枝菌)無拮抗作用,水楊痠和苯併噻二唑對嚮日葵黃萎病菌有較好的抑菌作用;誘抗劑盆栽篩選試驗結果錶明,硅痠鈉濃度為100 mg/L時對嚮日葵黃萎病具有較好的誘導抗性。
위료심조대향일규황위병유유도항성적화학시제,실험선취료K2HPO4、규산납、분병새이서(BTH)、수양산、갑각소、포취당6충시제진행료리체억균시험이급유항제분재사선시험。리체억균시험결과표명,K2HPO4、갑각소、규산납、포취당처리대황위병병균(대려륜지균)무길항작용,수양산화분병새이서대향일규황위병균유교호적억균작용;유항제분재사선시험결과표명,규산납농도위100 mg/L시대향일규황위병구유교호적유도항성。
s:In order to find wilt inducible resistance chemical reagent of the sunflower verticillium,we selected the K2HPO4, sodium silicate,benzene and BTH,salicylic acid,chitin,glucan for the bacteriostasis experiment and resistance agent screening test in vitro,the test results showed that the K2HPO4,chitin,sodium silicate bacteria,dextran had no antagonism on Verticillium dahliae Kleb at antibacterial test in vitro. oxalic acid had no antagonism when it was below 100mg/L concentration.The resistance agent screening text results showed that potassium silicate and oxalic acid had good inducible resistance to the sunflower verticillium wilt.
