以1,10-邻菲咯啉为基本原料,通过氧化反应得1,10-菲咯啉-5,6-二酮,并与刚果红在DMSO回流条件下通过席夫碱反应制备出共轭聚合物荧光探针。通过核磁,红外,粘度等方法表征出所合成的聚合物探针。并且,由紫外-可见吸收与荧光光谱检测了聚合物探针对不同金属离子识别的性能研究。结果表明:此聚合物荧光探针能选择性检测金属银离子,并具有好的灵敏性。

The conjugated polymer fluorescent probe was synthesized by Schiff reaction in the reflux of DMSO with the compounds of Congo red and 1 , 10-phenanthroline-5 , 6-dione prepared by 1 , 10-phenanthroline. The polymer fluorescent probe was characterized by IR,1H NMR,viscosity. The properties of polymer fluorescent probe to detect metal ions were measured by UV-vision absorption and fluorescent spectra. The experiment results showed that the polymer fluorescent probe owned high sensitivity and selectivity to detect silver ions.
