针对由食品供应链中食品原材料提供商与食品加工企业所组成的二级供应链系统,运用演化博弈理论从食品安全信息共享的视角对可追溯食品供应链的建立进行探讨,得出影响可追溯食品供应链建立的相关因素,并进行相应的算例分析,为建立有效的食品可追溯体系提供建议。影响可追溯食品供应链建立的因素包括食品溯源体系建立的成本、双方成本分担的比例、额外收益的分配比例。增加食品供应链成员获得的超额收益、减小食品供应链建立的成本以及降低原料供应商的成本分担比例,均有利于可溯源体系的建立。而且,当两者选择信息共享的比例差距相当时,供应链系统向稳定点收敛的速度加快。
針對由食品供應鏈中食品原材料提供商與食品加工企業所組成的二級供應鏈繫統,運用縯化博弈理論從食品安全信息共享的視角對可追溯食品供應鏈的建立進行探討,得齣影響可追溯食品供應鏈建立的相關因素,併進行相應的算例分析,為建立有效的食品可追溯體繫提供建議。影響可追溯食品供應鏈建立的因素包括食品溯源體繫建立的成本、雙方成本分擔的比例、額外收益的分配比例。增加食品供應鏈成員穫得的超額收益、減小食品供應鏈建立的成本以及降低原料供應商的成本分擔比例,均有利于可溯源體繫的建立。而且,噹兩者選擇信息共享的比例差距相噹時,供應鏈繫統嚮穩定點收斂的速度加快。

Base on the evolutionary game theory, this paper probes into traceability of food supply chain with a perspective of food safety information sharing within a two-echelon supply chain system consists of food raw mate-rial suppliers and food processing companies, the related factors that affect chain are discussed and analyzed nu-merically. Accordingly, it provides effective guidance for the establishment of traceable food system. Factors af-fecting the construction of the chain include the establishment cost of food traceability system, the proportion of the cost shared by the two parties, the allocation of additional income. Thus, it will be effective to increase the additional returns obtained by the members of food supply chain, to reduce the construction cost of food supply chain, and to reduce the cost of raw material suppliers, Moreover, when both parties choose similar proportion of information sharing, the supply chain system will accelerate its convergence to the stable point.
