以美国国民经济数据为例，对于实际投资率长期低于黄金律水平进行实证考察与分析；在此基础上，以柯布———道格拉斯函数为例，以博弈论的方式简要分析了资本主义经济周期的经济体制内在原因问题；指出了资本主义经济周期的不可避免性的内在体制原因和我国在经济转型时期应当注意的部分问题。

The American historical national economic data was positively collected and researched ,and the intrinsic reasons why the real long‐term investment ratio has always been below golden‐rule ratio were ana‐lyzed .Moreover ,with Cobb‐Douglas function as an example ,the intrinsic mechanism about business cy‐cles which roots in capitalist private market system with the method of game theory was also analyzed briefly ,and some reasonable suggestions about China's reform during economic transition period were put forward .
