高校的研究生教学管理活动是研究生教育管理工作的重心，是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。研究生教学管理者作为研究生教学活动的管理者和组织者高层次人才培养的核心力量，其作用贯穿于整个教学过程中，同时也肩负着对学生思想政治教育的责任和义务。将思想政治教育融入到教学管理工作中去，使教学与思想政治教育有机结合在一起，对实现新时期卓越人才培养的目标具有重要意义。
高校的研究生教學管理活動是研究生教育管理工作的重心，是高校人纔培養的重要組成部分。研究生教學管理者作為研究生教學活動的管理者和組織者高層次人纔培養的覈心力量，其作用貫穿于整箇教學過程中，同時也肩負著對學生思想政治教育的責任和義務。將思想政治教育融入到教學管理工作中去，使教學與思想政治教育有機結閤在一起，對實現新時期卓越人纔培養的目標具有重要意義。

Teaching management activities of graduate student in universities is the focus of management work ,and it's also an important part of college quality‐oriented education .Educational administrators ,as managers and organizers of the university graduate student teaching activities ,whose role runs through the entire teaching process ,shouldering the responsibilities and obligations of ideological and political educa‐tion for students .,and it has great significance for achieving the goal of training outstanding talent in the new period to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching management work and combine teaching with ideological and political education .
