为狐臭柴人工种植技术的构建与开发利用提供依据,采用人工设施栽培方法,研究不同光照条件下狐臭柴叶片的形态和解剖结构。结果表明:在一定光照强度范围内,随着光照强度的增加,叶面积逐渐减小,叶片颜色变浅,叶片上表皮细胞密度和叶脉直径均显著增大;遮光处理下叶片的叶形、叶缘、叶尖、叶质、上表皮细胞形态等指标变化与对照差异明显;遮光处理下叶片总厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度较对照存在极显著差异。叶片下表皮厚度、下表皮细胞形态和下表皮细胞密度受光照强度的影响不大。

The morphology and anatomical structure changes of P .puberula leaves under different sunlight intensity were studied by artificial facility cultivation to provide references for establishment, development and utilization of artificial planting technology of P .puberula.Results:Leaf area decreased gradually,leaf colors became shallow,the cell densities of leaf epidermis and vein diameters increased significantly with the increase of light intensity within certain limits.In the shading treatments and controls,the related morphological indexes had significant changes,including leaf shapes,leaf margins, blade tips,leaf textures,cell morphology of leaf upper epidermis.Compared with controls,the difference of following indices under shading condition were very significant,i.e.leaf thickness,leaf upper epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness.Leaf lower epidermis thickness,the cell morphology and cell densities of leaf lower epidermis were affected tinily by light intensity.
