目的：探讨胎膜早破与剖宫产术后伤口愈合不良的关系。方法108例胎膜早破孕妇为观察组，随机选取同期108例无胎膜早破剖宫产者为对照组，观察两组切口愈合不良的发生率。结果观察组切口愈合不良的发生率16.67%高于对照组2.78%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破的剖宫产患者相对容易发生伤口愈合不良，需制定有效的预防措施，以减少术后伤口愈合不良的发生。
목적：탐토태막조파여부궁산술후상구유합불량적관계。방법108례태막조파잉부위관찰조，수궤선취동기108례무태막조파부궁산자위대조조，관찰량조절구유합불량적발생솔。결과관찰조절구유합불량적발생솔16.67%고우대조조2.78%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론태막조파적부궁산환자상대용역발생상구유합불량，수제정유효적예방조시，이감소술후상구유합불량적발생。
Objective To investigate relationship between premature rupture of fetal membranes and poor wound healing in cesarean section. Methods There were 108 pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes as observation group, and another 108 cesarean section patients without premature rupture of fetal membranes in the same period as control group. Incidence of poor wound healing was observed in the two groups. Results The observation group had higher incidence of poor wound healing as 16.67%than 2.78%of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Poor wound healing easily occurs in cesarean section patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes. It is necessary for making effective prevention measures to reduce incidence of poor wound healing after operation.
