为芪草多糖、金莲免疫散复方制剂在中华鳖养殖上的应用提供科学依据,以中华鳖稚鳖饲料(CP47)为基础饲料,分别添加金莲免疫散和芪草多糖复方制剂2 g/kg 饲养60 d 后,测定中华鳖血清中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性,分析2种复方制剂对其非特异性免疫功能的影响,并利用嗜水气单胞菌1×109 cfu/mL 进行攻毒试验,测定其存活率。结果表明:与对照组(只喂基础饲料)相比,饲料中添加金莲免疫散能显著提高中华鳖的碱性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶和溶菌酶的活性;芪草多糖能显著提高超氧化物歧化酶和溶菌酶的活性;金莲免疫散组、芪草多糖组的攻毒存活率分别比对照组高15.78百分点和13.56百分点,证明2种复方制剂能提高中华鳖的非特异性免疫功能。

The SOD,POD,AKP and LSZ activity in the serum of T.sinensis fed with 2 g/kg Astragalus mongholicus polysaccharide or 2 g/kg Jinlian immune powder based on CP47 basal feed for 60 d was determined and then the survival rate of tested T.sinensis was measured by the challenge test of 1× 109 cfu/mL aeromonas hydrophila to study the effect of two compound preparations on nonspecific immunity function of T.sinensis and to provide the scientific basis for application of A.mongholicus polysaccharide and Jinlian immune powder in T.sinensis breeding.The results showed that adding Jinlian immune powder in basal feed can significantly improve SOD,AKP and LSZ activity but adding A. mongholicus polysaccharide in bassal feed can increase SOD and LSZ activity significantly compared with CK.The survival rate of Jinlian immune powder and A.mongholicus polysaccharide treatments is 15.78%and 13.56% higher than CK separately,which indicates that two compound preparations both can improve the nonspecific immune function of T.sinensis.
