通过对国外城市自来水定价管理制度的考察，为研究河北省城市自来水可持续利用的定价机制奠定基础。基于可持续利用的核心思想，分析河北省城市自来水定价管理现状以及自来水定价与管理政策的矛盾和协调途径，提出可持续利用城市自来水定价管理的具体措施。
通過對國外城市自來水定價管理製度的攷察，為研究河北省城市自來水可持續利用的定價機製奠定基礎。基于可持續利用的覈心思想，分析河北省城市自來水定價管理現狀以及自來水定價與管理政策的矛盾和協調途徑，提齣可持續利用城市自來水定價管理的具體措施。

The study of urban water pricing management system of foreign countries lays the foundation for the pricing mechanism of sustainable utilization of urban water supply in Hebei province. Based on the core idea of sustainable use, the analysis is made on urban water’s pricing management in Hebei province. The contradiction and coordination of tap water pricing policies and management approaches are studied. And some concrete measures for sustainable utilization of urban water pricing management are put forward.
