为加快贵州香猪资源的开发利用,培育出高品质的实验用小型猪,以贵州从江香猪为母本、中国农大小型猪Ⅰ系为父本进行杂交,测定杂交猪(农×从杂交猪)的繁殖性能和 F1代的生长发育性能指标。结果表明:农×从杂交猪的平均窝产仔数为10.26头,窝断奶仔猪数为8.89头,仔猪初生重为0.68 kg/头,与贵州从江香猪差异不显著(P >0.05);农×从杂交猪 F1代的生长速度缓慢,6月龄杂交猪平均体重为25.85 kg,体高为42.44 cm,体长为75.29 cm,胸围为69.78 cm,均显著低于纯繁贵州从江香猪(P <0.05)。农×从杂交猪 F1代体型矮小,生长发育缓慢,是较为理想的实验动物选育群。

The reproductive performance of hybrid pig from Guizhou Congjiang Xiang Pig×I Line of China Agricultural University Mini-pig and the growth and development performance index of F1 generation were determined to breed laboratory miniature pig with high quality by speeding up development and utilization of Guizhou Congjiang Xiang Pig resources.The results showed that the average litter size,average weaning piglet size and piglet's birth weight are 10.26,8.89 and 0.68kg respectively, which are no significant difference with Guizhou Congjiang Xiang Pig (P >0.05).Because growth rate of the F1 generation is slow,their average body weight,body height,body length and chest circumference are 25.85 kg,42.44 cm.75.29 cm and 69.78cm respectively,which all are lower than purebred Guizhou Congjiang Xiang Pig significantly (P <0.05).In conclusion,F1 generation of Guizhou Congjiang Xiang Pig × I Line of China Agricultural University Mini-pig with characteristics of short and small body type and slow growth and development can be used as the ideal laboratory animals.
