给出了异步电动机发生转子断条故障时的磁动势的表达式,得出基于定子电流信号的转子断条故障诊断方法。以磁动势表达式为基础,进而推导出发生断条故障时的径向力表达式,并提出了一种全新的基于径向力频谱分析的转子断条故障诊断方法,即通过检测径向力频谱图中的(2-4s)f1、(4-4s)f1、(6-4s) f1谐波分量来诊断异步电动机的断条故障。有限元仿真的结果验证了上述结论。
給齣瞭異步電動機髮生轉子斷條故障時的磁動勢的錶達式,得齣基于定子電流信號的轉子斷條故障診斷方法。以磁動勢錶達式為基礎,進而推導齣髮生斷條故障時的徑嚮力錶達式,併提齣瞭一種全新的基于徑嚮力頻譜分析的轉子斷條故障診斷方法,即通過檢測徑嚮力頻譜圖中的(2-4s)f1、(4-4s)f1、(6-4s) f1諧波分量來診斷異步電動機的斷條故障。有限元倣真的結果驗證瞭上述結論。

The expression of magneto-motive forces ( MMFs) of asynchronous motors when having broken rotor bars fault was given, then the diagnosis method based on detecting stator winding currents was induced. Secondly, based on the expression of MMFs, the expression of radical forces under broken rotor bars was derived. Then, a new diagnosis method based on radical force spectrum of broken rotor bars fault was proposed. This method used (2-4s) f1, (4-4s)f1 and (6-4s)f1 harmonic components of radical force spectrum to diagnose broken rotor bars fault of induction motors. Results of Finite Element Analysis validated the above conclusions.
