为阐明茅台酒厂生态功能区优势植物体内主要营养元素含量与土壤微生物及理化性质的关系,分别测定该地区优势植物根、茎和叶大量矿质元素含量、土壤微生物数量和土壤理化性质的相关指标,并分析其相关关系。结果表明:6种植物的根、茎和叶片中 N、P、K、Ca 和 Mg 的含量基本为叶片含量最高、根部含量最低。三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa )叶片中 P、K、Ca 和 Mg 含量最高,分别为2.35 g/kg、22.93 g/kg、31.80 g/kg 和9.81 g/kg;复羽叶栾树(Koelreuteria bipinnata )叶片 N 含量最高(3.63%);3个样地中,上游土壤容重、土壤 pH 和土壤比重比中游和下游低,而有机质较则较高;中游土壤微生物总数最高,约为6×104个。相关分析表明,N、P、K、Ca、Mg 含量均与土壤容重、pH、比重和放线菌呈正相关,土壤矿质元素含量与有机质和真菌数量呈负相关性。结论:该地区优势植物体内大量元素的含量受土壤理化性质和微生物的影响。
為闡明茅檯酒廠生態功能區優勢植物體內主要營養元素含量與土壤微生物及理化性質的關繫,分彆測定該地區優勢植物根、莖和葉大量礦質元素含量、土壤微生物數量和土壤理化性質的相關指標,併分析其相關關繫。結果錶明:6種植物的根、莖和葉片中 N、P、K、Ca 和 Mg 的含量基本為葉片含量最高、根部含量最低。三葉鬼針草(Bidens pilosa )葉片中 P、K、Ca 和 Mg 含量最高,分彆為2.35 g/kg、22.93 g/kg、31.80 g/kg 和9.81 g/kg;複羽葉欒樹(Koelreuteria bipinnata )葉片 N 含量最高(3.63%);3箇樣地中,上遊土壤容重、土壤 pH 和土壤比重比中遊和下遊低,而有機質較則較高;中遊土壤微生物總數最高,約為6×104箇。相關分析錶明,N、P、K、Ca、Mg 含量均與土壤容重、pH、比重和放線菌呈正相關,土壤礦質元素含量與有機質和真菌數量呈負相關性。結論:該地區優勢植物體內大量元素的含量受土壤理化性質和微生物的影響。
위천명모태주엄생태공능구우세식물체내주요영양원소함량여토양미생물급이화성질적관계,분별측정해지구우세식물근、경화협대량광질원소함량、토양미생물수량화토양이화성질적상관지표,병분석기상관관계。결과표명:6충식물적근、경화협편중 N、P、K、Ca 화 Mg 적함량기본위협편함량최고、근부함량최저。삼협귀침초(Bidens pilosa )협편중 P、K、Ca 화 Mg 함량최고,분별위2.35 g/kg、22.93 g/kg、31.80 g/kg 화9.81 g/kg;복우협란수(Koelreuteria bipinnata )협편 N 함량최고(3.63%);3개양지중,상유토양용중、토양 pH 화토양비중비중유화하유저,이유궤질교칙교고;중유토양미생물총수최고,약위6×104개。상관분석표명,N、P、K、Ca、Mg 함량균여토양용중、pH、비중화방선균정정상관,토양광질원소함량여유궤질화진균수량정부상관성。결론:해지구우세식물체내대량원소적함량수토양이화성질화미생물적영향。
To explain the relationship between mineral elements contents and microorganisms,physical and chemical properties in soil of dominant species in Maotai liquor production area,mineral elements content,microorganisms and physical and chemical properties were measured respectively and their correlations were analyzed.Results:The content of N,P,K,Ca,and Mg in roots,stems,and leaves for six species were the highest in leaves and lowest in roots basically.The contents of P,K,Ca,and Mg in leaves of Bidens pilosa were the highest (2.35 g/kg, 22.93 g/kg, 31.80 g/kg, and 9.81g/kg, respectively).And the content of N in leaves of Koelreuteria bipinnata was the highest (3.63%).Among the three spots,the bulk density of soil,the pH of soil,and specific weight of soil were lower in upper-spots than that of middle- and lower-spots.In contrast,the total amounts of microorganism were the highest in middle-spots (6 × 104 individuals).The content of N,P,K,Ca,and Mg was of positive correlation with the bulk density of soil, the pH of soil, specific weight of soil, and amount of actinomycetes.The contents of mineral elements were of negative correlation with organic matter and amount of fungus.Conclusion:The elements content of dominant species in the area were affected by physical and chemical properties and microorganisms.
