为寻找快速、可靠的农药残留检测新方法，利用氧化石墨烯（GO）良好的水溶性分散碳纳米管（CNTs），一维（1D）的 CNTs 和二维（2D）的 GO 形成一种3D 新型碳纳米复合材料，该复合材料具有疏松多孔的结构，能够有效地增大电极的比表面积。用该材料修饰玻碳电极，并固载乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）制备灵敏度较高、线性范围较宽的有机磷农药生物传感器。采用循环伏安法（CV）研究传感器的电化学性质。利用有机磷农药对 AChE 的抑制作用，以氯化乙酰胆碱为底物，对毒死蜱进行了检测。结果表明：生物传感器在最优条件下，0．71～71．13μmol／L 范围内具有良好的线性关系，最低检出限为0．23μmol／L，且传感器的灵敏度、稳定性及重现性较好，适用于毒死蜱的残留跟踪检测。

The new 3D carbon nano composite formed of good water soluble disperse CNTs,one-dimensional (1D)CNTs and 2D GO (oxidized grapheme)can effectively enlarge electrode specific surface area because of its loose and porous structure to seek new fast and reliable determination methods of pesticide residues.The AChE biosensor with higher sensitivity and wider linearity range is manufactured to detect organophosphorus pesticide.Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to study the electrochemical properties of the biosensor.Chlorpyrifos is detected with acetylcholine chloride as a substrate by using the inhibition of organophosphorus pesticide to AChE.The results showed that the biosersor had a good linear relationship within 0.71 ~ 71.13 μmol/L under optimal conditions,and the minimum detection limit is 0.23 μmol/L.The AChE biosensor with higher sensitivity,stability and good repeatability can be used to detect Chlorpyrifos resid residues.
