传统Z源逆变器存在诸如输入电流不连续,启动冲击电流大,电容应力大等缺陷,为解决上述Z源所存在的不足,研究一种新的Z源电路拓扑。在保持同样的升压情况下,该改进型拓扑电容应力明显减小,冲击电流得到抑制。简要对比二者拓扑下的工作原理,并通过 saber 软件对单相 Z 源逆变器进行仿真,仿真结果验证了改进型Z源拓扑性能的优越性。

The traditional Z source inverter exists the shortcomings such as the input current being discontinuous,the impact current at start being large,and big capacitance stress defects.And in order to overcome the shortage of the Z source inverter,a new source of Z circuit topology was studied.Under the same boost in cases,the improved topology capacitance stress significantly reduced,and the impulse current was suppressed.Their topology of the working principle was briefly compared,and single-phase Z source inverter was simulated through the saber software.The simulation results demon-strate the superiority of the performance of the modified Z source topology .
