为酢浆草岩螨的综合治理提供理论依据,通过设置24℃、27℃和30℃不同温度处理,采用水培红花酢浆草饲养酢浆草岩螨,测定该螨各虫态的发育历期、寿命、产卵量和产卵期等生命表主要参数,以及种群内禀增长率等种群动态参数。结果表明:随着温度的升高,酢浆草岩螨各虫态的发育历期呈逐渐缩短的变化趋势,30℃与24℃相比,完成1个世代缩短4.29 d,卵发育历期缩短1.47 d。日均产卵量和总产卵量随温度的升高而增加,30℃时分别为(69.50±3.45)粒和(5.65±0.36)粒,而24℃时分别为(33.67±1.39)粒和(2.13±0.12)粒。产卵期和寿命则随温度的升高而缩短,30℃时酢浆草岩螨的产卵期和寿命均最短,分别为(12.30±0.83)d 和(14.18±0.75)d,24℃时分别为(15.78±0.61)d 和(18.00±0.56)d。内禀增长率和净生殖率均随温度的升高而增大,24℃、27℃和30℃分别为0.1397、0.1725、0.2349和43.9333、29.0666、20.0200。种群加倍时间和平均世代周期均随温度的升高而减小。高温有利于酢浆草岩螨的实验种群的增长。

위작장초암만적종합치리제공이론의거,통과설치24℃、27℃화30℃불동온도처리,채용수배홍화작장초사양작장초암만,측정해만각충태적발육력기、수명、산란량화산란기등생명표주요삼수,이급충군내품증장솔등충군동태삼수。결과표명:수착온도적승고,작장초암만각충태적발육력기정축점축단적변화추세,30℃여24℃상비,완성1개세대축단4.29 d,란발육력기축단1.47 d。일균산란량화총산란량수온도적승고이증가,30℃시분별위(69.50±3.45)립화(5.65±0.36)립,이24℃시분별위(33.67±1.39)립화(2.13±0.12)립。산란기화수명칙수온도적승고이축단,30℃시작장초암만적산란기화수명균최단,분별위(12.30±0.83)d 화(14.18±0.75)d,24℃시분별위(15.78±0.61)d 화(18.00±0.56)d。내품증장솔화정생식솔균수온도적승고이증대,24℃、27℃화30℃분별위0.1397、0.1725、0.2349화43.9333、29.0666、20.0200。충군가배시간화평균세대주기균수온도적승고이감소。고온유리우작장초암만적실험충군적증장。
Hydroponic Oxalis corymbosa was used to breed T.harti under three tested temperature (24℃,27℃ and 30℃),different insect state development period,longevity,egg laying amount,egg laying period and other major life table parameters of the T.harti,and the intrinsic population dynamics parameters of population growth rate were tested in this article,so as to provide a theoretical reference for comprehensive treatment of T.harti.Results:With the increase of temperature from 24℃ to 30℃,each state development period of T.harti shortened.When temperature was 30℃,if it would complete a generation,4.29 d was shortened,1.47 d was shortened during egg calendar period.With the rise of temperature,average daily spawning eggs and total quantity increased.They were (69.50 ± 3.45)and (5.65±0.36)grains when temperature was 30℃.They were (33.67± 1.39)and (2.13±0.12)grains when temperature was 24℃.With the increase of temperature,the spawning period and life period were all shortened.They were all the shortest when the temperature was 30℃.The spawning period were respectively (12.30±0.83)d and the life period was (14.18±0.75)d.When the temperature was 24℃, the spawning period was (15.78±0.61)d and the life period was (18.00±0.56)d.Intrinsic growth rate and net reproductive rate increased with the increase of temperature.Intrinsic growth rate were 0.1397 (24℃),0.1725 (27℃),0.2349(30℃)and net reproductive rate were 43.9333 (24℃),29.0666 (27℃), 20.020 0(30℃)respectively.Population doubling time and average generation cycle decreased with the increase of temperature.Higher temperature is beneficial for the growth of sorrel T.harti experimental population.
