为了解叶点霉属真菌在寄主（宿主）和地理分布的多样性，明确寄主（宿主）多样性对叶点霉属分类的影响，以分类地位及系统发育关系明确的叶点霉属的种为对象，研究叶点霉属真菌在寄主（宿主）和地理分布上的多样性。结果表明：大部分叶点霉属真菌在种内有寄主（宿主）的特异性，部分亲缘关系较近的种寄主（宿主）的亲缘关系较近；叶点霉属真菌的系统发育关系与寄主的系统发育关系无相关性。在地理分布上，美国、中国和日本的叶点霉属多样性较高，泰国的多样性较低。

The hosts and geographical diversity of Phyllosticta fungi with specific taxonomic status and phylogenetic relationship was studied to discuss the diversity of host and geographical distribution of Phyllosticta fungi and definite the effect of host diversity on Phyllosticta taxonomy.Most Phyllosticta fungi have the specificity of hosts in species and the host genetic relationship of some species with close genetic relationship is near. The phylogenetic relationship of Phyllosticta fungi is not related to phylogenetic relationship of hosts. Phyllosticta diversity in USA, China and Japan is higher but Phyllosticta diversity in Thailand is lower from the angle of geographical distribution.
