为有效开发和利用山莓资源,采用正交试验法筛选山莓茎皮中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并测定其黄酮提取液对 ABTS 和 DPPH 自由基的清除效果。结果表明:山莓茎皮总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶30、回流温度80℃、提取时间4 h。在此条件下,山莓茎皮中总黄酮含量可达28.811 mg/g。山莓茎皮黄酮提取液对 ABTS 和 DPPH 自由基清除率达50%时,IC50值均低于合成抗氧化剂 BHT 的 IC50值,说明山莓茎皮黄酮提取液具有较强的抗氧化活性,可成为一种天然抗氧化剂。

In order to exploit and utilize R.corchorifolius resources efficiently, the orthogonal experimental design was done to screen the optimum extraction method of total flavonoids from its stem bark.The contents of total flavonoids and its capability of ABTS and DPPH scavenging free radical was tested by spectrophotometry.Results:The conditions to extract the highest total flavonoids 28.811 mg/g were:60% alcohol(v/v)solution,the ratio of material to solution was 1∶30,refluxing at 80℃ for 4 h. And it was also concluded that ABTS and DPPH was more easily removed by flavonoids than BHT,and further more the IC50 values of ABTS and DPPH was lower than BHT.All above revealed that the extraction of total flavonoids in its stem bark have the ability of resistance to oxidation and may be an natural antioxidant.
