为了解西藏小麦品种的抗条锈性表现和筛选抗病品种,于2012—2014年对西藏本地48份小麦生产品种、保存品种及区域试验材料分别进行田间自然诱发抗条锈病性调查和抗性基因分子标记检测。抗病性调查结果表明:2年均表现为抗病的材料有19份,均表现为感病的有24份,分别占全部材料的39.6%和50.0%;有5份材料抗性表现不稳定(抗-感),占全部材料的10.4%。分子检测结果显示:48份供试材料中,未检测到 Yr 10阳性标记,8份检测到 Yr 15阳性标记,15份检测到 Yr 26阳性标记。田间抗病性鉴定结合抗性基因分子检测表明:3份材料可能携带Yr 15,2份可能携带 Yr 26,Yr 15和 Yr 26的出现频率为10.42%。结论:西藏小麦品种(系)的抗条锈性较弱,生产上抗性较强的抗病基因相对较少,今后应进一步加强抗病良种的引进、选育和推广工作。

The stripe rust resistance of 48 wheat productive varieties,preserved varieties and lines was studied by field survey and molecular marker for resistance gene under natural infection of stripe rust in fields to know stripe rust performance of wheat varieties and screen disease resistant varieties in Tibet.19 varieties (lines),24 varieties (lines)and 5 varieties (lines)are of resistance to stripe rust,non-resistance to stripe rust and unstable resistance to stripe rust after two-year test respectively. The molecular detection results showed that 8 varieties (lines)and 15 varieties (lines)are of Yr15 positive sign andYr 26 positive sign separately but Yr 10 positive sign is not detected in 48 tested varieties (lines).The results from field identification and molecular detection showed that 3 varieties (lines)and 2 varieties (lines)may carry Yr 15 and Yr 26 respectively and the occurrence frequency of Yr 15 and Yr 26 is 10.42%. In conclusion,introduction,breeding and extension of wheat varieties with good resistance to stripe rust should be further strengthened because the resistance to stripe rust of wheat varieties (lines)is poor and the resistance genes with strong resistance to stripe rust is relatively less in Tibet.
